Crystal Lens
For those seeking higher optical performance, these
are the Prominar models with a fluorite crystal
objective lens. Fluorite is the key to eliminating
color blur. the word "fluorite" is sometimes
used to mean optical glass containing fluorite component
(fluorite glass). Kowa TSN-823 & TSN-824 spotting
scopes have true fluorite crystal objective lenses.
Florite has an outstanding feature of very low dispersion
that cannot be found in optical glass. This characteristic
enables almost complete elimination of color blur.
Fully Multi-Coated Optics
All lenses, prisms, and even dust protection glass
on the main body are built with multi-layered coatings,
ensuring clear visual range and sharp images.
Rigid Body and Ergonomic Shape
