Zeiss SFL 8x50 Binoculars feature magnesium alloy chassis and thinner lens elements resulting in being up to 15% lighter than other 50mm binoculars. The SFL 8x50 weighs 30.2 ounces. All 50mm SFLs have a 5.9' close focus. The SFL 8x50 has a 393' field of view at 1000 yards. Combining their 50mm objectives with 90% light transmission results in bright images, even in low light situations.
As with all SF and SFL binoculars, the ergonomics are amazing. The SmartFocus Concept yields optimal hand placement for control of the large focus wheel, which travels the entire focus range in only 1.4 turns. Perfect positioning of the lenses and internal controls balance this binocular for fatigue-free viewing.
Zeiss offers a Limited Lifetime Transferable Warranty which protects you against defects in workmanship or materials for the life of the Product. If a defect that is covered by this Warranty is found, Carl Zeiss will, at its option and without charge, either repair your Product or replace it with a Carl Zeiss product of comparable specifications and value.
Additionally Zeiss offers A No-Fault Policy for VICTORY SF binoculars (for up to 5 years after purchase, and only valid if your product is registered within 60 days of purchase.)
