The Night Vision Devices PVS-7 Gen 3 Goggles with P+ Spec Tube is the mid-level commercial tube in the MIL Grade housing. The housing is water-resistant and a bit less rugged than the MIL Spec housing. The P+ image intensifier tube has a Photocathode Response of 1750 µA/lm. The goggle itself is the single tube dual eyepiece type (which is the definition of PVS-7).
