GPO Passion HD Binoculars
GPO Passion HD binoculars are the flagship German Precision Optics line. As their brand name implies, they are made in Germany to very high standards especially for their price. They come in 8x42, 10x42, 8.5x50, 10x50, and 12.5x50 configurations. Their lightweight magnesium bodies utilize a micro-bridge for further weight reduction, and are waterproof and nitrogen purged. Every air-to-glass surface is coated with GPO's GPObright lens coatings resulting in light transmission rate of 99.7% per surface, which comes out to 90% transmission from end to end. External lens surfaces are also coated with PASSIONdrop hydrophobic coating.
