The Field Optics Research Arca-Swiss QR Plate for FPH-200 Pan Head is an extra quick release plate for the FPH-200 Photo Tripod Head. It has a standard 1/4-20 thread screw and comes with a lanyard loop for easy carrying. Having an additional plate eliminates the need to transfer a single plate between cameras or scopes if you are switching between them on a single tripod.
