The Field Optics Research QR Plate for FVH-450 Video Head is an extra Manfrotto plate for the FVH-450 Video Tripod Head. It is 90 mm x 50 mm, equipped with both 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 screws and has an anti-rotation pin. Having the additional plate at your disposal lets you effortlessly switch between tripod mounts, be it scopes or cameras, without having to go through the pesky process of transferring one plate between each of them.
