The Gitzo QR plate D with standard D-profile Arca-style shape and size and rubber anti-twist friction pads comes with one 1/4" camera screw and one 1/4" to 3/8" bushing. These can be tightened by hand using a coin or with the supplied Allen key, again to make it as easy as possible to use, no matter where you are and what tools you have to hand.
