The Manfrotto 290 Carbon Fiber Monopod is compact and versatile, extending from 19.3" to 59.4" it can hold up to 11lbs, and weighs just 1.1lbs. Flip locks allow you to adjust the four sections, and a reversible 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mount lets you attach an optional head or a camera directly to the monopod. A rubber grip and a wrist strap provide comfort and a secure hold.
Manfrotto offers two levels of Warranty:
"Standard Limited Warranty" comes with all products. This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by: misuse and subsequent damage. modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by anyone other than Manfrotto; any use of the product other than that for which it was designed;
"Limited Conventional Warranty Extension", offered by Manfrotto as a special extension to the "standard" Warranty and is free of charge up to 5 years after the original purchase. To take advantage of the Limited Conventional Warranty Extension scheme, you must register your product with Manfrotto within 12 months from the date of purchase.
