Nikon Stabilized 12x25 S Binocular optically stabilizes your image. Even in a compact, lightweight body, both platform motion and hand shakiness are corrected before the image reaches your eyes. They have roof prisms in their dual hinge chassis which allows them to fold so they can fit in a pocket.
Nikon Optical Image Stabilization, powered by two AA batteries, counteracts shaky images in the optical path. To save battery life (up to 12 hours), the stabilization shuts off automatically after 60 minutes.
Nikon offers different Warranties depending on the product:
A lifetime limited warranty for all Binoculars or Scopes without electronic components,
A one year warranty for any Binocular or Scope with electronic components,
A five year warranty for newer laser rangefinder models, and
A two year warranty for older laser rangefinder models
