The Pentax Papilio III 6.5x21 WR Binoculars in olive offer some welcome improvements over the Papilio II models. While the optical specifications, including the amazing 0.5m close focus remain the same, the generation III models are water resistant and have a new HD lens coating that delivers more light transmission by reducing reflections. The eyepieces and front glass plate that protects the objective lenses now have an anti-stain coatings on the exterior surfaces that minimize dust and liquids from sticking.
Pentax Papilio III binoculars are available in 6.5x21 and 8.5x21 configurations and black or olive rubber armoring.
