The Pulsar ORYX LRF XG35 Thermal Rangefinding Monocular is built with a Magnesium alloy housing so it can stand up to continuous use in harsh environments. This protects the internal parts from moisture, heat, cold, and physical impacts. The housing also helps keep the electronics cool , which minimizes noise and improves the consistency of image production during a long day or night in the field.
Optically, the Oryx LRF XG35 has a digital zoom range of 2.5-20x and a 12.5° field of view. The image is delivered to a 1024x768 AMOLED display for high-resolution detail. LRF means the Oryx is also a laser rangefinder that yields accurate measurements up to 1640 yards. It has a scan mode that allows continuous tracking of moving targets.
The Oryx LRF XG35 offers fully adjustable brightness and contrast settings, allowing users to fine-tune their viewing experience. A convenient quick-access menu provides seamless control over frequently used features, making on-the-go adjustments fast and intuitive. Whether navigating dense forests or open fields, this thermal monocular adapts to your needs.
Eight color palettes are menu selectable for adjusting the view to various environments. White Hot, Black Hot and Red Hot are optimal for object detection, Rainbow and Ultramarine help increase chances for recognition & identification, while Red Monochrome, Sepia and Violet are most suitable for long observation in the night.
Convenience features include a built-in tripod socket and a belt clip which can be mounted on the housing. A removable APS5 Li-Ion battery pack (4900 mAh) powers the Oryx LRF XG35 and provides up to 12 hours of continuous operation. For extended use, the device supports USB Type-C external power delivery, ensuring uninterrupted performance during long hunting trips, tactical missions, or surveillance operations.
