The Zeiss Universal Tripod Kit includes a complete tripod with 10-layer carbon fiber legs designed to maximize stability, an Arca-Swiss fluid video head with extended adapter plate and extendable handle, 2 padded leg wraps, a shoulder strap, reversible feet with rubber covers, a short replacement center column for extremely low level viewing, and a tool kit.
The Universal Tripod weighs just over 6 lbs. It reaches 73" with the center column fully extended, 63.2" with the center column retracted, and compresses to 30.5". The leg tube diameters are 36, 32, and 28 mm, which provides excellent stability and vibration reduction. The legs can spread to any angle, with lockable stops at 24°, 55°, and 85°. Leg locks are twist type.
Optional accessories include two types of binocular adapters, a bar that can hold two optics or other mountable devices simultaneously, or a gun rest for hunters and shooters.
