To protect this invaluable lens from the environment, Swarovski uses their SWAROCLEAN coating, a dust, water and oil resistant material that lets you spend much less time cleaning and more time viewing! SWARODUR coating on the lenses and prism reduces detrimental reflections to nearly nothing (0.2%) for the best possible contrast across the visible light spectrum. The Arca Swiss Foot lets you mount the scope on any tripod with an Arca Swiss mounting socket. The body is waterproof and nitrogen purged with extremely durable rubber armor that eliminates the need for a case.
