The Swarovski AT Balance 18-45x65 Spotting Scope provides super-sharp, shake-free, handheld viewing using Swarovision optics in an easy to handle unit. Swarovski Balance scopes use mechanical optical image stabilization to keep you on your bird or target without the need to bring a tripod.
Mechanical optical image stabilization uses gyroscopic sensors to detect the motion of the scope. This information is transmitted to a moveable lens element which moves to counteract the motion. This technique has virtually no lag so you can stay on your moving subject. To protect the moving lens system, a safety mechanism automatically locks it in the central position if the scope is dropped or knocked over.
SWAROVSKI OPTIK offers a lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship on the optical system of our products for products purchased by US and Canadian residents from an authorized SWAROVSKI OPTIK NORTH AMERICAN dealer. SWAROVSKI OPTIK warrants all other parts of the instrument for 10 years, and 5 years for electronic parts. The replaceable battery is covered by a warranty period of 1 year.
